Building a Snowman: Think Inside the Box

Everyone knows how to build a snowman by rolling balls of snow together. Try thinking inside the box this winter. Snowmancity.org gives instructions for using cardboard boxes and tubes to build your next snowman. After the snow is stacked up, use snow shovels to carve out your snow sculpture. Reindeer Candy Cane Ornament

Materials

1 candy cane
1 brown pipe cleaner
2 googly eyes
1 small piece red ribbon

Directions

1. Fold the brown pipe cleaner in half at the top of the candy cane hook.

2. Bend the two sections of pipe cleaner into antlers.

3. Glue the 2 googly eyes down 1/2 inch from the antlers.

4. Tie a red bow around the reindeer's neck.

5. Hang the ornament on the tree.
